Open Face B.L.T.A. with a Fried Egg
My parents have chickens. So every week my mom swings by with twenty-four beautiful organic eggs. That’s a lot of eggs. So, I had to get creative on what to do with so many eggs. You can only make so many cakes and cookies before your too big to fit through the door. This sandwich gives you that breakfast for dinner feeling. It’s comforting and ridiculously yummy.
