Blissful Chocolate Cake
I want to cry with chocolate covered tears because of this cake. This is one of those recipes that you file under top secret in your recipe drawer. Because if you ever want to make dinner party guests, friends, family or a man swoon – this would surely do the trick. In honor of V-Day tomorrow, I thought the ladies (and gents too!) would need this to add to their arsenal.
S’mores Pops
I’ve recently started a new addiction.
Hello, my name is Jessica and I’m addicted to Pinterest.
Hi Jessica.
Crack Bars (Blondies Brownies)
I’m blonde by choice. And so are these brownies. You’re probably thinking…coconut and peanut butter? Not so sure about this one Jess….try it and fall in love with a blonde.
Pumpkin Spice Cake
I love this cake. It’s the same pumpkin bread recipe that you can find in my Pumpkin Bread Pudding recipe. I love the cozy autumn feeling this cake gives me. Especially when you add in the honey frosting on top. Actually, now that I’m sitting here writing about this, and it’s such a gloomy yucky rainy day, I think I’ll whip this up. I’m having some friends over for a Stella & Dot jewelry party this afternoon and I only have a few days left before I have to put the pumpkin away and break out the peppermint and Christmas music. Have I mentioned how crazy obsessed my hubby is with Christmas music? He has 198 Christmas songs in our itunes library. That 8.2 hours of Christmas music. God help me for the next month.
Pumpkin Bread Pudding with Vanilla Custard
I’m gonna level with you peeps. Thanksgiving is MY holiday. Yes indeed, somewhere between 13-16 people show up at my house every year for Thanksgiving. And I Love. Every. Minute. Of. It. When I released my blog to the public, I told you a fabulous story of my Thanksgiving disaster trying to deep fry a turkey. In case you missed it, you can read it here .
Roasted Banana Ice Cream with Nutella Ripple
No clue where I came up with this wacky idea. But my mother-in-law has an ice cream maker and for some reason I thought it would be an amazing idea to make my own ice cream. I thought, the girls can help me with it! This will be fun! And made from real ingredients! In my own kitchen!
Pip’s Caramel Pops
It’s that time of the year ALREADY??!?!? Seriously. I feel like it was last week that my girlfriends and I were talking about summer and drinking margaritas in the backyard. Now the leaves are changing and Pixie is amped up about this year’s Halloween costume, Ariel. Which of course also means it is nearing her birthday. Every morning her first question is, “Mommy? Is TODAY my birthday?”
